Deadlines
The first confirmation statement must be submitted within one year and thirteen days from the date of incorporation. Subsequently, the company is obligated to prepare and submit these statements annually. Non-compliance with filing confirmation statements is a criminal offense, potentially leading to personal fines for directors imposed by the criminal courts. Additionally, delays in submitting these documents may prompt the registrar to remove the company from the public record.
